Bike week is coming up! Wait – already? Weren’t we just talking about ice shacks? You’re right: it’s still winter, and in many parts of the USA, snowmobile and ice fishing season are going strong. But here at ALCOM, we’re already looking forward to spring 2026 and the start of motorcycle season. Motorcycle rallies started in the early 1900s, with the very first one taking place in Laconia, New Hampshire in 1917.

Although it didn’t become an annual event right away, bike week in Laconia is celebrating its 103rd consecutive year in June 2026 – and there are many more, nationwide, waiting for motorcycle enthusiasts to convene and celebrate motorcycle culture. What began with organized group rides and friendly competition has evolved over the decades, with bike weeks becoming an annual tradition in spots like Daytona, FL; Sturgis, SD; and of course, Laconia, NH. Today’s bike rallies often include events like races, stunt performances, live music,  vendors, group rides, and more.

Major Motorcycle Rallies in 2026 

Daytona Bike Week (2/27/26-3/8/26)
Start the season with the 85th annual Daytona Bike Week in sunny Florida. Anchored around the Daytona 200 motorcycle race, Bike Week draws more than half a million visitors annually. There's something for everyone at Daytona Bike Week, from pancake breakfasts to a bikini competition, a bike rodeo, swap meet, and big prizes! 

Arizona Bike Week (4/8/26-4/12/26) 
Head west for the 26th annual Arizona Bike Week in early April -- the biggest bike show in the American Southwest. Nightly concerts, arena wars, a used bike corral and more make it an event to remember. Got a camper buildout in your trailer? Reserve a site in the heart of the action and set up your home away from home at bike week. 

Thunder Beach Spring Rally (4/29/26-5/3/26)
Visit Panama City Beach, FL for world-class beaches and a full-throttle spring rally featuring bike shows, entertainment, vendors, and even a Miss Thunder Beach pageant. Choose a nearby hotel or campground as your home base for this beachfront bike rally in the Sunshine State.  

Myrtle Beach Bike Week Spring Rally (5/8/26-5/17/26) 

It's the biggest bike event in the Carolinas: visit the 87th annual Myrtle Beach Spring Rally! Explore the Grand Strand area, a 60-mile stretch of beaches along the Atlantic Ocean. It's a great opportunity to fit in a round of golf, too, and there's room in your ALCOM trailer for a set of clubs! 

Laconia Motorcycle Week (6/13/26-6/21/26)
Start your summer at the 103rd annual Laconia Motorcycle Week. Enjoy Lake Winnipesaukee and the nearby White Mountains as motorcycle enthusiasts from all over celebrate the oldest bike rally in the nation. 

Harley-Davidson Homecoming (7/9/26-7/12/26)
H-D Homecoming describes itself as a 4-day celebration of music, moto culture, and Harley Davidson's hometown of Milwaukee, WI. Gas up your Harley and join the celebration! 

Sturgis Motorcycle Rally (8/7/26-8/16/26)  
Celebrate the 86th iconic Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota, with events, entertainment, and scenic rides to Mt. Rushmore, Devils Tower and more historic destinations to explore. Sturgis is the world's largest motorcycle rally. Since 1938, folks from near and far have been traveling to South Dakota's Black Hills for the Sturgis rally.

Myrtle Beach Bike Week Fall Rally (9/28/26-10/4/26) 

Head back to the Grand Strand for the Fall Rally in Myrtle Beach. This event packs so much fun it happens twice a year! Explore the beautiful coastline between Charleston and Murrells Inlet, SC, with endless beaches, historic sites, and warm riding weather.  

Biketoberfest (10/15/26-10/18/26)
It’s the 34th annual fall Daytona Beach rally: Biketoberfest 2026.  Enjoy warm weather, bike racing at the Daytona International Speedway, live music, demo rides, top industry vendors, bike shows, and some of the most scenic rides in Florida.  

Lone Star Rally (11/5/26-11/8/26)
400K bikers gather in Galveston, TX to make this rally a Lone Star State-sized sendoff for the bike rally season, featuring bands, events, and hundreds of vendors.  There's a tattoo contest, a Miss Lone Star pageant, and even a special Saturday fishing trip
