Open Aluminum Car Haulers

The Open Car Hauler and Open Tilting Car Hauler models are built for one vehicle, available in multiple lengths, with fully welded aluminum construction and standard extruded aluminum decking. The XLT Pro Series Car Hauler is our easiest-to-own car hauler. Available in 20’ or 24’ length, it features our signature all-welded, all-aluminum construction, with a one-piece aluminum roof and integrated frame design. Beavertail construction makes loading smoother, even for low-clearance vehicles, using the spring-assisted HD rear ramp; inside the trailer, four (4) HD 5K recessed D-rings make securing vehicles easy. The XLT Pro Series has LED lights inside and out, with slimline stop/turn/tail lights, an LED ID marker bar, and an interior dome light near the side access door. Add an Elite Escape Door on the driver’s side of the trailer or stick with the included side access door and smooth, screwless bonded side panels, V-nose construction and 24” aluminum stone guard.

The Pinnacle Series is our most luxurious car hauler option. Available in a classic or Pinnacle Stacker model, it’s loaded with a huge set of standard features, including a flat front design with cast corners; hidden beavertail construction; a one-piece aluminum roof; spread axle design; a 6'x8' escape door; a 36"x78" side access door with pull-out step; a premium exterior light package; an interior base, overhead and wardrobe cabinet package; a roof vent; and 110V Power Package 5. The Stacker Series is available in 20’ or 24’ length, with a 14’ Titan Lift built in and a 6’ loft.
